Grandma's Brag Book...

lol.. I know I'm into baby mod these these days, I started this adorable little mini Acrylic Album for a baby shower gift, but after some thought I decided instead to give it to grandma for a brag book... maybe after a few year's she will pass it down to baby's mama :) I hope she enjoys it for many years to come !!!


Acrylic Mini Album is from Clear Scraps... I love these little Albums as you can tell from my other post  I did cut several chipboard pages by hand to go between the Acrylic Pages... All Papers are from Graphic 45... Little Darlings Collection, so delicate and fun to work with .... I used a Kylon Paint pen for the gold trim around the edges... I added the beads a simple bow with a cute little key to embellish the front cover .... 

Love the way all these papers coordinate on this page I cut the Lullaby out the back it with chipboard to make it stand out ... I did a lot of hand cutting in this little Album it took some time but well worth the effort :)

I love this page i know it's for a baby boy but little girls are fun too... totally love the way the ribbon just adds the right touch here sometime it's the simple things that make the difference ...

I added photo mats for baby photo's though the Album is small I'm pretty sure all photo's will have to custom fit... 

Awe this page is just perfect for a baby boy and maybe a journaling box, lol... funny the way I see things I should have done, while I'm blogging ... maybe I'll add a few journaling box's when I send it out ... so they can be added while adding pics :)

                        This page is one of my favorite's so fun ... for the Little Darlings Photo's !!!!

I so remember cutting this out, thinking now how am I going to do this .... But I love they it turned out and I backed it with the chipboard to make it stand out !!!

Baby Card....

I made this adorable Baby Card for some very Dear Friends... Their Baby story is incredible such a beautiful miracle .... Twins !!!


 I used the Breezy Backyard Lever Cards from SVG Cuts for the card and envelope... Cutting them out with my Sizzix  Eclips !!!

                                         I used a gold Kylon inking pen around the edges .... 

Graphic 45 ... Little Darlings Paper pack, I'm a huge fan of all their paper packs the are of high quality and easy to work with !!!

I used some of the Graphic 45 Little Darling Paper to embellish the envelope to match with the card ...

I must not forget I stole a photo of the new babies to make this awesome Card, I really hope they will like it ...
Shhhhh.... Please don't tell,  this is a secret till it gets to them :)

Gift Dresser .....

After seeing Graphic 45's version of this little dresser, I just had to try it ... Big mistake, I so miss working with wood and definitely want to get back into it now :) This little dresser I purchased from Joann's and painted it with American Light Buttermilk paint... After it dried completely I lightly sanded to to make some of the wood show through ...

I used all Graphic 45 Little Darling Papers to complete this doing a lot of paper cutting and trimming everything in gold ... Now that I'm looking at it typing this I'm noticing a few things I wanted to do and forgot before I posted, will fix that in the morning new pics to come .... Ha ha ha !!

                           This is the second part of my gift for the new parents one more to go .....

I was thinking this little dresser would make an awesome little gift for the new parents to be able to save maybe the babies bracelets from the hospital  ...  hair clippings from their first hair cuts ... or maybe even those little baby teeth from the tooth fairy ... What ever they dicide to do with it I hope they enjoy it !!!
